Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you can send the item back to us. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging for a successful return.
Refund and Exchange
Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges for a different product of equal value can also be arranged.
